Research Interests

My current research interests are in the area of maternal and fetal health. I currently have three main areas of research (i) the effect of maternal obesity on pregnancy outcome; (ii) the maternal cardiovascular adapation to pregnancy, and how this becomes perturbed in conditions such as pre-eclampsia and (iii) developing novel methods of imaging the placenta and fetus during pregnancy.
